Somos gobernados por un comit\u00e9 directivo que establece objetivos y pol\u00edticas para toda la organizaci\u00f3n en colaboraci\u00f3n con una serie de comit\u00e9s m\u00e1s peque\u00f1os (o Equipos, como los llamamos), del comit\u00e9 directivo, que son responsables de implementar \u00e1reas de programas
